We ship 3X per week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The cost to ship your package is based on it's weight, size and type of item. Once your package arrives at our U.S warehouse, we will calculate the charges and provide you with the final cost before delivery.
Air freight is best used when you need fast delivery or shipping small or high-value items. Sea freight is better for large, heavy or non-urgent shipments where cost matters more than speed.
Uploading your invoice is important in order to accurately declare the value of your package to Customs and to ensure the correct duties, taxes and shipping charges are applied. This helps to prevent delays or additional charges when your shipment arrives in Jamaica.
Upload your invoice in four easy steps: 1.Login to your account, 2. Select "Pre-Alerts" on your dashboard, 3. Complete the information regarding your package, 4. Attach your invoice and save (Ensure that the invoice clearly shows the item description and price. If you have multiple items, upload one invoice per package).
